Everyone has one person in their life who
wants them to stop smoking.. And if you don't know of anyone, we want you.
When we stopped smoking, our new go to was
any list of what the symptoms are, and what to expect when we stopped. We
really loved reviewing every step of the way. You will too.
In
20 minutes your blood pressure will drop back down to normal.
In 8 hours the carbon monoxide levels in your blood stream will drop by half,
and oxygen levels will return to normal.
In 48 hours your chance of having a heart attack will have decreased.
